Job Summary
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources and administrative operations in a facility management company. The role involves handling employee records, recruitment coordination, payroll support, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes for both site-based and corporate staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment activities including screening, onboarding, and induction
  • Coordinate manpower deployment for sites in coordination with operations teams
  • Assist in payroll inputs, wage calculations, and statutory compliance
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievances
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and contract labor regulations.
  • Maintain vendor, contract, and manpower records
  • Support performance reviews, training coordination, and employee engagement activities
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years of HR/Admin experience (facility management preferred)
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, PF, ESI, and contract manpower handling
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and large workforce
